Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. wholly acquired the antenna business division of Dongguan Lixin Packaging Factory because of the need of rapid development. Kinghelm can further expand its production capacity and enhance the strength of Kinghelm after acquiring the aforementioned antenna division in December 2018 as the existing experimental testing equipment and factory production lines can't meet the demand of the front line of sales.

The "Kinghelm" brand series products launched by Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. are widely used in satellite navigation, location services, Internet of Things, smart cities and new energy vehicles, logistics information monitoring and settlement and other fields. In particular, the R&D and production of glue stick antenna, communication antenna and other products have the characteristics of stable performance, fast delivery speed and high cost performance in the industry, and have a very large sales volume.

The Electronics Business Division of Dongguan Lixin Packaging Factory was established and operated in 2013, managed by Mr. Mao Zhihu and Xiao Shiqun. Mr. Xiao Shiqun has many years of management experience in the electronic industry. He once held management positions in Dongguan Youbi Electronics Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Zhongke Communication Co., Ltd.

This acquisition allows the existing laboratory, production line and personnel of Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. to merge with Lixin Electronics Division, which can achieve complementary advantages. The team of Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. has become stronger, and its products are more diversified and its resources are more abundant.
