At present, the global high-end application market and technology of power devices are almost monopolized by foreign enterprises. In recent years, domestic power device manufacturers have been striving to catch up, and the technical gap between the international first-class enterprises and them is gradually shrinking. Similar to the new generation of semiconductor materials, such as SiC and GaN, they have excellent performance in electric field strength, thermal conductivity, band gap, and migration speed, which have become the focus of research and development of domestic power semiconductor manufacturers striving to seek breakthrough.

Song Shiqiang, founder of Slkor, perceives that the market opportunities of power devices are quite good for domestic manufacturers, and they have the opportunity to catch up with foreign counterparts with their service advantages because of the low process requirements of the power device industry and the independent and controllable supply chain.
