This week’s "Weekly Star" is Huang Zhiling from marketing department. Huang Zhiling has been recognized for her exceptional work, including guiding several summer interns and effectively managing their progress. She has also taken on challenges in Google promotion, demonstrating a goal-oriented work ethic that has garnered praise from both company leaders and colleagues. Huang Zhiling initially joined the company as a data clerk, responsible for standardizing and managing documentation for thousands of electronic components. Her meticulous work and efficient communication earned her high praise from both supervisors and peers. This summer, she took on the additional role of guiding and managing summer interns, a task requiring patience and attention to detail. Her daily tasks included overseeing keyword and industry articles, product training, and quality checks for both English and Chinese content. Her efforts ensured that the interns quickly adapted to the fast-paced work environment, and they expressed their gratitude by calling her "Sister Ling."

Huang Zhiling’s willingness to embrace new challenges led her to take on Google promotion tasks as well. She believes that continuously exploring new roles enriches her knowledge and broadens her perspective.
