We are pleased to announce that the "Weekly Star Award" for this period, as voted by colleagues, is Chen Suwei from the Sales Department. Over the past week, Chen demonstrated solid work ethic, continuous improvement, and steady performance growth, all while maintaining a goal-oriented focus on achieving company targets. His dedication has earned unanimous praise from both company leadership and colleagues. As a result, we are awarding him a prize of 200 RMB.

Chen Suwei is a seasoned employee of Kinghelm Electronics, having joined in March 2021. Starting from an entry-level position, with no prior experience in the industry, he faced numerous challenges. Despite the initial pressure and uncertainty, he quickly immersed himself in the electronics sales sector, bringing great enthusiasm and energy to his work. Through years of dedication, Chen has made significant progress in business development, service quality, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, evolving into an outstanding sales talent.

In 2023, Chen was promoted to Group Leader of Team C, and is currently working hard to prepare for the next phase of the team's growth. When asked about handling pressure and challenges, he remarked: "I focus on self-learning, and quickly adjust my mindset. I view pressure as motivation and challenges as opportunities. I just face them head-on." This ability to rebound from adversity has accelerated his growth, and in 2023, he was awarded Kinghelm’s "Sales Champion." His performance continued to impress in 2024, as he reached new heights and demonstrated the mindset of a top performer, always striving for further achievements. Mr. Song Shiqiang also leads colleagues from Sichuan and Chongqing in participating in the ‘Chuan-Yu Tongxin Association' networking events and the traditional ‘Hometown Food Festival' at the start of each year. The company has also formed the ‘SLKOR Warriors Basketball Team' and the ‘Kinghelm Badminton Team' organizing team-building activities and sports events.
