On August 31, the "Rui Zhi Academy Sales Power Training Camp," themed "Rui Zhi Public Welfare Course: Empowering Electronic People," kicked off. The new batch of trainees attended the "Sales Philosophy and Techniques" training class led by Lu Chunshui, a renowned mentor from Huaqiangbei. "Enhance your mindset, empower your life," Lu emphasized the importance of mental strength, stating that the key to sales is understanding human differences and focusing on people's hearts. He encouraged trainees to openly discuss their challenges, delve into problem analysis, and elevate their thinking. According to Lu, elevating one’s internal power helps resolve issues, a concept explained through his Excellence Sales Model: Environment → Behavior → Ability → Beliefs, Values → Identity → Spirit (Vision and Mission). Mastery involves integrating these levels from top to bottom, addressing lower-level issues with higher-level solutions.

Lu posed a thought-provoking question: "Are you in an ice or water sales state?" Water, being fluid, represents adaptability. By improving one’s state, focusing on breath, self-encouragement, and eliminating limiting beliefs, one can strengthen their energy and determination. He outlined four core beliefs for sales excellence: 1) Belief in one’s worthiness of success; 2) Confidence in one’s abilities; 3) Belief in the possibility of achieving goals; 4) Strong desire to reach goals.

 

Lu also introduced the "Hero’s Journey" sales tool, emphasizing that sales is a heroic path requiring great will, dreams, and acceptance of challenges as tests. The journey involves receiving the call, engaging with it, overcoming obstacles, finding mentors, facing trials, transforming challenges, and returning home.

Lu stressed that effective sales requires understanding client needs, employing a process that includes building trust, identifying needs, presenting value, providing evidence, handling objections, and securing commitment. He advised focusing on trust and needs for larger deals, employing push-pull techniques, and viewing rejection as feedback. He concluded with five empowering statements: 1) Handling troubles daily is normal; 2) Sales roles involve managing challenges; 3) Unreasonable client requests are common; 4) Difficult clients are valuable practice; 5) Tough issues highlight opportunities.
