I work as a QC (Quality Control) employee at Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. As a QC inspector, my daily task is to check the product quality to ensure there are no defects or issues. From raw materials entering the factory to the production process and the final products, every step undergoes strict inspection, and any defective product must not be allowed to reach the market.

As a QC, I can’t be careless in the inspection process. Every day, we perform random checks on the products that are produced, covering aspects such as appearance, dimensions, durability, and electrical performance. Some products even undergo high and low-temperature tests, as well as salt spray tests, to ensure they can perform well under various conditions.

I remember once, just before shipment, we discovered that the coating thickness of a batch of products didn’t meet the standard. Although it was a minor issue, if it reached the market, it might affect the customer’s user experience. Ultimately, the company decided to rework the entire batch, even though it would increase costs, because no defective product could leave the factory. This dedication to quality not only reassures customers but also instills a sense of responsibility in the QC staff.

From the QC perspective, our products are used in a wide range of industries. I remember a period when orders from the automotive industry decreased, but the workload in our QC department didn’t drop because orders from the telecommunications and smart hardware industries increased. This diversified customer base ensures that Kinghelm can maintain stable growth even amidst market fluctuations and avoids being severely impacted by a temporary downturn in any particular sector.

Our primary role in QC is to inspect product quality, but Kinghelm has always emphasized process-oriented, standardized, and consistent management to safeguard quality. For example, in May 2022, Kinghelm obtained ISO quality management certification, and in 2023, the company expanded into international markets. The "Kinghelm" brand has gained growing influence globally, and together with our partner Saco Micro, we have established partnerships with over 15,000 clients worldwide. Additionally, our quality management approach of "source control, prevention first" not only reduces resource waste but also increases production efficiency. During the production process, we promptly report any issues, allowing engineers and the production department to adjust processes and reduce the likelihood of defects in future production.

Moreover, the company continuously optimizes testing equipment by introducing more precise instruments to improve accuracy. While these investments might increase costs in the short term, they enhance product reliability and reduce customer complaints and returns, which is a crucial reason for the company’s steady development.

As a QC team member, my job is to ensure every product meets the standard.
