Luo Laiping’s story is a true example of the saying "good generals are hard to find": her passions include reading, writing, photography, and editing. Over her 10+ years in the workforce, she’s continuously learned new skills and focused on accumulating knowledge. She spent 8-9 years working with Fangtianxia (formerly SouFun), rising from an entry-level editor to the role of Marketing Director. Her achievements in knowledge-building set the foundation for her personal success. "Happiness is the source of success, igniting inner strength," says Luo. "I am very content— I don’t seek extreme wealth, but rather, I strive to spread positivity and empower others because sometimes, a single word can lift someone up in the cold of winter. I’m at peace now, much like the Buddhist law of attraction: if your heart and energy are pure and focused, everything around you changes."

What's more remarkable is that Luo Laiping stays grounded, always starting from "the heart," with an unrelenting spirit of continuous learning and progress. She has never been afraid to "step out of the box" or "cross boundaries." When asked what advice she would give her younger self from 10 years ago, she lights up and speaks powerfully: "Thank you to the version of myself that kept pushing forward, breaking through, and evolving. I’m grateful for those times of confusion when I never gave up searching for answers—like whether I should take a management path or what my true calling was."

Luo Laiping shares: "When you’re in the industry, having an ‘out-of-the-box’ mindset helps you see larger opportunities." Taking Longwei as an example, the company is positioned in two emerging sectors: the “Internet+” industry and the internet vertical field. These two complementary tracks allow for deep connections with almost any industry, enabling ecosystem-wide innovation and upgrades.

As an electronic industry data service provider, Longwei’s core product is ERP enterprise management software, which integrates AI technologies like image recognition, demand-supply matching, and big data analysis. This helps semiconductor distributors, brand suppliers, tech manufacturers (like Kinghelm and Slkor), and supply chain service providers improve their marketing, internal operations, and data-driven decision-making. Luo Laiping stresses that their goal is to make management smarter and transactions simpler.

The idea is to create a platform that utilizes smart algorithms and verified transactions to enhance efficiency across multiple supply and demand channels. This will contribute to the growth of the electronics and semiconductor industries. The platform, called "ChipChain Connectivity," aims to connect the entire electronics and semiconductor supply chain, including manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and logistics, offering an efficient, transparent, and intelligent system to facilitate product quality assurance and faster transactions. Luo hopes that platforms like ChipChain Connectivity will lead to more collaboration with industry leaders like Kinghelm.

When it comes to smart management, Luo’s approach is that of both a coach and a teammate. She explains, "Management is like building a house: culture and systems are the foundation, the work plan is the blueprint, and the organization structure is the framework. As long as the structure is clear, everyone knows what to do and the team can work effectively." She adds that learning to listen to customers’ complaints is essential for improving products and services.

On the topic of "going global," Luo talks about Longwei’s video series, "Longwei Guest House," which combines both online and offline discussions. This platform brings together industry experts, friends, and clients to talk about trends in smart technology, industry ecosystems, and corporate management. The show’s first guest was Song Shiqiang, General Manager of Kinghelm and Slkor. His insights on "Opportunities and Challenges in Cross-Industry Entrepreneurship" were discussed with over 2,500 live viewers.
