Dip switch (also called DIP switch, Dip switch, overclocking switch, address switch, Dip switch, digital switch, Dip switch) is an address switch used to operate and control the switch, using a 0 / 1 binary coding principle.
Dip switchs are mostly used for program control plate, and the performance circuit of control components is connected and disconnected. So the Dip switch will also be called according to the industry plate: program switch, address switch, and the most familiar Dip switch.
The Dip switch has two pins on the back of each key, dial to the ON side, the pins are turned on; otherwise. The four bonds are independent and are not related to each other. These components are mostly used for binary encoding.

The strength of the actuator is up to 800 gF in each series, and the shell and actuator are made of PBT and UL 94 V-0 material. Contact and ends are gilded, strong reliability. The operating temperature is from-40 to 85 degrees, suitable for industrial grade.
● DIP sliding type: foot spacing Pitch2.54mm, sliding straight plug type switch, belongs to two states. Compared with the KG series, its executive force is only half as powerful. The actuator is 4 / 6 Nylon, UL 94 V-0, White; the cover material is PPS, UL 94 V-0, Black. is also gold-plated contact, temperature range-40 to 85 degrees, suitable for industrial grade.
● DIP key type: foot spacing Pitch2.54mm, top dial straight insert (DIP), two states, key type. The bulge of the actuator is only 0.9mm. Gold-plated contact point, strong reliability. The actuator travel is only 0.9mm, the actuator and cover material are Nylon, UL 94 V-0. The temperature range is also suitable for industrial grade.
● DIP ultra-thin sliding type: foot spacing Pitch2.54mm, top dial straight plug type (DIP), two states, sliding type. Gold-plated contact point, strong reliability. The actuator and cover are made of 6TNylon, UL 94 V-0. The ultra-thin thickness is only 3.7mm, and the actuator thickness is only 0.6mm, which is suitable for use in precision instruments.
● DIP key convex type: foot spacing Pitch2.54mm, top dial straight plug type (DIP), two states, key type. The contact part is the gold-plated contact, which ensures high reliability through the self-cleaning structure of the action. Actuator material 4 / 6 Nylon, UL 94 V-0, convex type. Outer cover material: PPS, UL 94 V-0. Its width and thickness are 10.7mm, 9.5mm, which is larger than other series. Suitable for up and down operating equipment.

● About the storage place: in high temperature, high humidity environment and long-term storage at room temperature is easy to cause the terminal oxidation reaction, resulting in welding part failure. Please avoid high temperatures, high humidity environment storage, use it as soon as possible.
● About use: Do not touch the charging unit when power. Do not connect multiple power supplies on one switch. Will cause misoperation and short circuit of the circuit. If you want to modify the value setting, do not use wet fingers or stick oil on the hand, and operate the operation button when foreign body. If you want to remove surface dirt such as the molded resin shell, it is recommended to use alcohol. But be careful not to let alcohol penetrate inside. When removing the connection, please use a screwdriver to remove the upper and lower claws. Do not press the propulsion operating button. Falling may cause terminal deformation, damage to the printing substrate, and break the resin stuck claw used to connect the switch side, so be careful not to make it fall.
