After a year of studying, I realized that society is the best school. So I have become a big family member of Slkor Semiconductor at summer holiday in 2024. Learning about management, gaining work experience, and making many new friends have been the greatest rewards of this internship, and these will be valuable assets for a lifetime! The most significant gain has been learning how to handle and solve problems using process-oriented, modular, and standardized approaches, which are essential principles of Slkor and Kinghelm’s everyday management.

At first, I felt confused, uncertain, and even afraid. The new environment and learning methods were overwhelming. However, as I integrated into the work, the pleasant work environment, enthusiastic and friendly colleagues, and like-minded friends helped me gradually shed my worries and start enjoying this valuable internship. When I don’t know how to work, Xu yajun teaching me for real; When I make mistake, Guo yumei correct my error patience. I'm fortunate to grow in such a loving and warm team. Here, I'm not just an individual but part of a team with shared goals and dreams. This internship will be one of my most valuable experiences, and I'll cherish every moment of working together, appreciate all who have supported and helped me, and remember everything this journey of growth has given me.

During my internship, I deeply realized the importance of a streamlined approach for efficiently solving problems. Streamlining not only boosts work efficiency but also enhances the quality of problem-solving. Just like an assembly line in a factory, breaking down complex tasks into simple steps and addressing them systematically through organized processes reduces errors and repetitive work. This approach helps organizations tackle challenges more effectively and leads to better business outcomes and personal achievements. By planning and designing our approach to problems and workflows, we can make our work more organized, reduce confusion and mistakes, and handle everyday tasks more efficiently. Streamlining is not just a work method but also a life attitude, helping us manage tasks more methodically and achieve success and accomplishment. At times, we may face various issues, and when it's hard to juggle everything, we must learn to prioritize and let go of certain aspects. This aligns with the saying, "It’s better to lose one finger than to have a whole hand hindered." Instead of letting problems hold us back, we should muster the courage to cut them out, tackle the core issues, and potentially achieve unexpected results. Simplifying complexities allows us to reach goals faster; cutting away obstacles speeds up our work and enhances efficiency. When faced with complex problems, make decisive choices, discard unnecessary parts, and focus on key issues. This approach will better equip us to handle challenges and achieve greater success. May we all learn to simplify, resolve issues decisively, and enhance our work efficiency on the path to success.

During the day internship, I fortunately know Kinghelm and Slkor CEO Mr. Song Shiqiang. He is not only our mentor, but also our good friend. At work, He teach us Deming Cycle (PDCA) and share history of the Huaqiangbei and bottom level business logic of Huaqiangbei. These have benefited us greatly. After work, He play basketball with us, even invite up have dinner with him. Let us feel his kindness and friendliness. Mr. Song Shiqiang always patiently answering our questions, providing us with guidance and encouragement, and making us feel growth and warmth during our internship. His dedication and care deeply moved us and made us understand that being an outstanding leader requires not only exceptional management skills but also strong personal charisma and a commitment to empathetic and humane care.

Time flows like water, years pass like shuttle. In the blink of an eye, my internship in Kinghelm and Slkor is coming to an end soon. During this time, although it has sometimes felt tough and exhausting, I also feel a greater sense of fulfillment. I have learned the principles of life and work, acquired solid skills through practice, and accumulated practical experience. I believe that success is the combination of knowledge and hard work, the meeting of diligence and opportunity. In the future, let me create a blueprint with my heart and build my own territory with my hands!
