Introduction to the competition：

In 2021,The fourth "Big Dipper star" innovation and entrepreneurship competition starts again, adhering to the concept of openness, innovation, integration and cooperation, bearing in mind the great mission of becoming an aerospace power, bravely assume the engine of innovation and development of Beidou industry, promote the integrated application of Beidou technology, and build China's Beidou core competitiveness.

Competition highlights

The fourth "Beidou star" innovation and entrepreneurship competition, facing the application field of Beidou, covers the development of software and hardware of Beidou and entrepreneurial teams and enterprises in 5g communication, Internet of things and intelligent manufacturing, industrial Internet, aerospace and machinery and other application fields and technical directions with positioning and timing function, so as to gather the innovation force of Beidou industry and create a professional innovation and entrepreneurship event in Beidou.

（1） Competition bonus

Bonus for each sub Venue:

The first prize is a prize of 10,000 yuan

Two second prize winners with a prize of 5000

Third prize, three winners, 2000 bonus

Final prize:

The first prize is a prize of 100000 yuan

Two second prize winners with a bonus of 50,000 yuan

The third prize, the third prize, is 20000 yuan

（2） Enterprise service support

Projects entering the 2021 "Beidou star" finals will be included in the members of Guangdong Beidou industrial innovation and technology alliance, giving priority to providing door-to-door policy services or exchange and discussion services.

（3） Incentive supporting policies

1. Space support:

Provide "Beidou" maker space, chain alliance maker space and other property management costs for award-winning projects.

2. Market support:

1) Chain cloud industry e-commerce platform is settled free of charge to open supplier mall accounts for participating enterprises. For the award-winning projects, the product advertising space will be provided free of charge for 1 month, and the order purchase demand will be matched first.

2) Award winning projects can be settled in the o2o exhibition hall under the Beidou space-time line for free for half a year to provide product display racks and creative packaging services.

3. Financial support:

1) Chain alliance industry service finance;

2) Beidou Research Institute Industrial Fund links a number of investment and financing institutions, including Shenzhen Bay super angel fund, investment holding Donghai, horse racing capital and Songhe innovation fund, to provide investment and financing docking for high-quality teams.

（4） Other support

Policy support for project implementation and talent introduction by the governments of each competition area;

The organizing committee's financial support for the project, such as investment and financing connection and financial loan;

Free market support for products to be settled in chain cloud mall and Beidou space-time for promotion;

More opportunities for face-to-face communication with Academician sun Jiadong, academician Qi Faren and other industry leaders;

Entrepreneurship training and technical consulting services: relying on industry experts of the Research Institute, university cooperation resources, senior engineers and solution experts, a competition think tank is formed to continuously provide entrepreneurial services in terms of entrepreneurial knowledge, policy declaration, special technology and industry salon for the participating teams.

Introduction to competition system

The participating projects shall reflect the application innovation and breakthrough of Beidou satellite navigation and positioning system in all walks of life. The competition is divided into three groups, namely team group and enterprise group. The same project cannot be registered repeatedly. The registration requirements are as follows:

（1） Team group

1. Enterprises registered within 1 year (registered after January 1, 2020) or entrepreneurial teams with scientific and technological innovation achievements and entrepreneurial plans that have not registered before the deadline for registration of this competition;

2. No less than 3 core members;

3. The products, technologies and related patents of the participating projects belong to the participating team and have no property rights disputes with any other enterprises.

（2） Enterprise group

1. Scientific and technological small, medium and micro enterprises (non listed companies) with innovation ability and high growth potential, mainly engaged in product R & D, manufacturing, production and application services related to Beidou satellite navigation and location service technology;

2. Within 10 years of incorporation (registered after January 1, 2011), and the sales volume in 2020 shall not exceed RMB 100 million;

3. The operation is standardized, the social image is good, there is no bad record of illegal operation, and there is no property right dispute over the products and technologies of the participating projects.
