According to the Guide, by 2026, the linkage level between standards and industrial scientific and technological innovation will continue to improve, and more than 50 new national and industrial standards will be formulated, accelerating the formation of a standard system leading the high-quality development of the AI industry. More than 1,000 enterprises have carried out the publicity and promotion of standards, and the achievements of the innovation and development of standard service enterprises have become more prominent. Participate in the formulation of more than 20 international standards to promote the globalization of the AI industry.

Specifically, the AI industry chain includes four parts, such as basic layer, frame layer, model layer and application layer. Among them, the basic layer mainly includes computing power, algorithms and data, the frame layer mainly refers to the deep learning framework and tools used for model development, the model layer mainly refers to the technologies and products such as large models, and the application layer mainly refers to the application of artificial intelligence technology in industry scenarios.

Based on this, the framework of the AI standard system includes seven key directions, namely, basic common standards, basic support standards, key technology standards, intelligent products and service standards, enabling new industrialization standards, industrial application standards, safety / governance standards, etc.

• Intelligent sensor standards: standardize the interface protocol, performance evaluation, test method and other technical requirements of single-mode and multi-mode new sensors, including the architecture of intelligent sensor, instructions, data format, information extraction method, information fusion method, functional integration method, performance indicators and evaluation method and other standards.

In recent years, with the accelerated iteration of new technologies represented by large models, China's AI industry has achieved rapid development in terms of technological innovation, product creation and industrial application, forming a huge market scale.
