What is Kinghelm's Product Manufacturing Process?

Stamping Process

· Material Selection: We select high-quality metals such as brass and phosphor bronze, chosen for their excellent conductivity, elasticity, and mechanical properties to meet product requirements.

· Mold Design and Fabrication: Our engineers utilize advanced CAD/CAM technology to design precise stamping molds, followed by high-precision machining to ensure exceptional accuracy and quality.

· Stamping Forming: Metal materials are placed in the stamping press mold, where pressure is applied to shape them through plastic deformation, creating components like connector terminals and metal fittings.

Injection Molding Process

· Plastic Material Selection: We use plastic pellets with outstanding insulation, mechanical strength, and corrosion resistance, such as PTFE and PPS, ensuring products meet both electrical and physical performance standards.

· Mold Preparation: Custom, high-precision injection molds are created based on the product specifications. Pre-processing, including cleaning and preheating, ensures optimal mold conditions for consistent results.

· Injection Molding: The plastic pellets are melted and injected under pressure into the mold cavity. After cooling and solidifying, the molded plastic housing is removed from the mold.

Electroplating Process

· Pre-Treatment: Stamped metal parts undergo cleaning processes to remove oils, rust, and oxidation, ensuring excellent adhesion between the base material and the plating.

· Electroplating: We apply electroplating techniques (nickel, gold, or silver) by immersing parts in an electroplating bath, where a dense, uniform metal coating is deposited to enhance conductivity, corrosion resistance, and durability.

· Post-Treatment: After electroplating, parts are thoroughly cleaned, passivated, and dried to remove any remaining electrolytes and stabilize the quality of the plating.

Wire Harness Processing

· Wire Cutting: Automatic wire-cutting machines trim cables to the required lengths with precision.

· Terminal Crimping: Wire ends are securely crimped to terminals using crimping machines, ensuring strong electrical connections.

· Assembly: The crimped wires are assembled with connectors, insulators, and housings. Adhesive dispensing machines may be used to enhance the reliability and sealing of the connections.

Testing and Calibration Process

· Performance Testing: Our products undergo rigorous electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing using state-of-the-art equipment, including microwave anechoic chambers, network analyzers, high-speed oscilloscopes, salt spray chambers, and temperature/humidity test cabinets.

· Signal Calibration: Antenna products are fine-tuned in our labs to ensure they meet the required signal transmission and reception standards.

· Visual Inspection: We use automated visual inspection systems, as well as manual checks, to identify any surface defects, cracks, or deformations, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards.
