ELECTRICAL:
1.1. VOLTAGE RATING: The cable should have a voltage rating of 300V DC for a duration of 10 milliseconds. This means that the cable is designed to safely withstand and operate under a maximum direct current voltage of 300V for short durations of up to 10 milliseconds.
1.2. CONDUCTANCE RESISTANCE: The maximum allowable conductance resistance for the cable is 3.0 ohms. Conductance resistance refers to the opposition offered by the cable to the flow of electrical current. Keeping this resistance within the specified limit ensures efficient conduction of electricity and minimizes power loss in the system.
1.3. INSULATION RESISTANCE: The insulation material of the cable must exhibit a minimum insulation resistance of 5.0 megaohms. Insulation resistance measures the ability of the cable's insulation to prevent leakage currents and maintain electrical safety. A higher insulation resistance value indicates better insulation quality, ensuring proper electrical isolation.
1.4. 100% ELECTRICAL TEST: The cable should undergo a comprehensive electrical testing process to verify its electrical characteristics and performance. This test ensures that each cable unit meets the required electrical specifications and functions reliably when subjected to operational conditions.
1.5. NO OPEN/SHORT, MISWIRING, OR INTERMITTENT FAILURES: The cable should be free from any open circuits, short circuits, miswiring, or intermittent failures. These issues can lead to electrical malfunctions, unreliable connections, or safety hazards. Ensuring the absence of such problems guarantees the cable's reliability and safe operation.
2.MATERIAL:
2.1. SEE TABLE: A detailed table specifying the materials used in the cable assembly should be provided. This table typically includes information on the types of materials, their properties, and their specific applications within the cable assembly. It serves as a reference for understanding the composition of the cable and ensuring transparency in material selection.
3.ALL COMPONENTS ARE ROHS COMPLIANT: All components used in the cable assembly must comply with the RoHS directive, which restricts the use of hazardous substances in electronic products. RoHS compliance promotes environmental sustainability and human health by reducing the presence of harmful materials in electronic devices.
