1.ELECTRICAL:
1.1. VOLTAGE RATING: The cable should have a voltage rating of 300V DC for a duration of 10 milliseconds. This means that the cable is designed to safely handle a maximum direct current voltage of 300V for short durations of up to 10 milliseconds without experiencing any damage or performance degradation.
1.2. CONDUCTANCE RESISTANCE: The cable should have a maximum allowable conductance resistance of 3.0 ohms. Conductance resistance refers to the opposition offered by the cable to the flow of electrical current. By keeping this resistance below 3.0 ohms, the cable ensures efficient conduction and minimizes power loss in the system.
1.3. INSULATION RESISTANCE: The insulation material of the cable should exhibit a minimum insulation resistance of 5.0 megaohms. Insulation resistance measures how effectively the cable's insulation can prevent leakage currents and ensure electrical safety. A higher insulation resistance value indicates better insulation performance and reduces the risk of electrical issues.
1.4. 100% ELECTRICAL TEST: The cable should undergo a comprehensive electrical testing process to verify its electrical properties and performance. This test ensures that each cable is thoroughly checked for conformity to specified electrical requirements and can reliably function under operational conditions.
1.5. NO OPEN/SHORT, MISWIRING, OR INTERMITTENT FAILURES: The cable should be free from any open circuits, short circuits, miswiring, or intermittent failures. These issues can result in electrical malfunctions, unreliable connections, or safety hazards. Ensuring the absence of such problems guarantees the cable's reliability and safe operation.
2.MATERIAL:
2.1. SEE TABLE: Detailed information about the materials used in the cable assembly should be provided in a designated table. This table typically includes details such as the types of materials, their properties, and their specific locations within the cable assembly. Having this information readily available aids in identifying the components used and understanding their roles in the assembly.
3.ALL COMPONENTS ARE ROHS COMPLIANT: It is essential that all components incorporated into the cable assembly comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive. RoHS compliance restricts the use of certain hazardous substances in electronic products, contributing to environmental protection and human health by reducing exposure to harmful materials.
